Soft, buttery and chunky, then finished with a generous layer of silky pistachio cream and a sprinkle of roasted crushed pistachios for extra crunch. Small in size, but still loaded with everything you love about our full-size cookies.

Remove any sauce pipette first. Warm one cookie in the microwave for 20–30 seconds, starting lower if your microwave is powerful.

Best within 4–5 days at room temperature. Keep airtight; depending on the filling, they can keep for up to two weeks. Refrigerate for 5–7 days or freeze, well wrapped, for up to three months.
