Soft, golden and chunky, with a silky raspberry curd centre, sweet almond flavour and creamy Belgian white chocolate, finished with smooth white icing, flaked almonds and a glossy cherry on top. Nostalgic, pretty and ridiculously indulgent — classic Bakewell, but scandalously chunky.
